MPVISIONS 2015 WITH ONE DRIVEN WOMAN MODELING WITH THE AMERICAN FLAG










 Towards the peak of winter sometime in late autumn what was chosen as a fun experimental intent quickly turned into a very complete and fun and bold shoot. With plenty of ideas, locations in mind I thought let's try right in the back yard of where I use to live. One tattered shed and leaves on the ground with some scrap wood on the ground and one cut stump this woman got right in front of the American flag and posed proud and loud and very early in the morning before neighbors were even up. A white robe by her side to warm up in between takes this model delivered a variety of excellent poses. Both of us had several sessions together coming up with just amazing work and this one pretty much was an example worth presenting.

Over the years I have circled back and forth and full circle. The achievements with each woman I have had the privilege to collaborate with. In their own skin feeling it all the way through. The trust and belief, simplicity of each body of work. collaborations all over various locations from abandoned to in their own home. Natural light to in photographing them in the studios I have rented and borrowed with permission to now working in my home studio. From erotica to just nude and still. Exhibiting the depths, layers of expressive emotion and character. This Journey is far from over and 25 years in it has only gotten incredibly strong and whole. The relationships built and not forgotten. Honorable and beautiful words will never seem to fill as I at times will just pause for a brief moment before each shot.
